Our Banking & Finance Consulting Service includes but not limited to:
- Advising and providing legal opinion on credit activities and financial investments and transactions. Advising on drafting, structuring, and reviewing relevant documents, papers, and contracts.
- Advising on the establishment and operations of domestic and foreign-invested credit institutions.
- Advising, providing assessment on possibility as well as conditions applicable to the banking and finance services, Fin-Tech services to be provided by foreign credit institutions and investors in Vietnam.
- Advising on compliance and other legal matters during the operation of banks and other credit institutions.
- Supporting clients in contacting and consulting with the State Bank of Vietnam and other competent Governmental Bodies about policies, regulations of the laws in the field of Banking & Finance.
