Mr. Nguyen Van Khoat has graduated from Ho Chi Minh University of Law, with a Bachelor of Law, majored in Commercial Law in 2007.

Mr. Khoat has more than 17 years of experience in legal practice. Before joining A-PAC in 2013, Mr. Khoat had worked for legal division of a commercial bank and some well-known law firms.

Mr. Khoat has advised and supported many local and foreign clients in different areas such as foreign investment, corporate governance, labor, and dispute resolution. He also has experience in dispute resolution both in and out of litigation proceedings.
