Mr. Tran Cong Nghia obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law from Vietnam Commercial University in 2021. He later earned a Certificate of Completion from the High-Quality Lawyer Training Program at the Judicial Academy in 2023 and the Master’s degree in Economic Law at Foreign Trade University in 2025. Prior to joining A-PAC in 2023, he interned and worked as a trainee/paralegal at several well-known law firms.

With over 03 years of experience working at domestic law firms, Mr. Nghia has supported lawyer teams in conducting legal research and preparing draft versions of legal memorandums, contracts, and corporate governance documents for both local and foreign clients. He also has experience in reviewing legal documents, preparing transaction dossiers, and supporting dispute resolution across areas such as investment, corporate, and commercial law.
