Ms. Nguyen Thu Phuong graduated from Hanoi Law University, with a Bachelor of Law, majored in Economic Law in 2012. Ms. Phuong has nearly 12 years of legal practice in A-PAC. Before joining A-PAC in 2013, Ms. Phuong was trained in some well-known law firms as an intern and a trainee lawyer. 

Ms. Thu Phuong has extensive expertise in commercial area, advising and supporting many local and foreign investors in various fields about different matters relating to investment and licensing, drafting contracts, corporate governance and M&A, labor and employment, and dispute resolution.

Ms. Phuong also has advised and represented clients for dispute resolution in the areas of construction, insurance, and commercial business at the Courts and Arbitration.
