Our Labor & Employment Consulting Service includes but not limited to:
- Advising on and supporting in drafting labor contracts, labor collective agreements, labor rules, labor utilization plans, confidential agreements, and other documents relating to the establishment, maintenance, change and termination of a labor relationship.
- Advising on compliance with labor laws.
- Advising on structuring and implementing labor policy of a company.
- Advising on and supporting in implementation of procedures for obtaining certificate, approval, and other issues relating to Vietnamese guestworkers and/or foreigners working in Vietnam.
