Our Mergers & Acquisitions Consulting Service includes but not limited to:
- Advising on transaction structure and appropriate approach to execute transactions relating to a merger and/or acquisition deal.
- Conducting due diligence investigations on the legal aspects of the company to be merged with or acquired, including the legal status of the company and assets of the company, contractual obligations and tax matters, potential legal risks, etc.
- Assisting investors in negotiations with companies to be merged or acquired.
- Supporting in drafting necessary agreements, documents, papers and executing procedures for the purpose of the mergers and/or acquisition deals.
